Made of borosilicate glass, Reflex Gauge Glass is used in numerous applications where both chemical resistance and low thermal expansion coefficient are required. Due to the fact that the glass has reflection prisms, the light spectrum is reflected in such a way that where there is liquid it is completely opaque and where there is no liquid it is bright. These are mainly used in the petrochemical industry, refineries, and general applications.
Reflex level gauge glasses, made out of borosilicate, are a critical tool in various industrial applications, offering a simple yet effective method to visually monitor the liquid level within tanks and vessels. These devices utilize a series of prisms embedded in the glass that reflect light differently depending on whether they are in contact with a liquid or gas.
